I am still here!

Today is the first day in forever that I have had the chance to blog. My new work schedule keeps me hopping. I am up at 2:30am and working until 12 noon. Then its play with the kiddos, do my MBA homework, wash clothes, dream about scrapping, working on surprises, sleeping early, and repeating that cycle. I have a day off coming up on Saturday and I have loads to do!!! So if you are still hanging around wondering what happened to this lady...I am here...and there...and everywhere right now :)

Layouts and Challenge Entry

Friday I received my happy box and I really get excited to scrap. I have been warding off the blues and keeping myself busy with lots of projects, school, and life. I have been transitioning myself over the past month towards daytime school work, I think I have it down and am feeling rather productive. I have also been moving my scrap schedule to finish no later than 9 pm. I have to be in bed by 9pm my 4am shifts starting at the end of the month. In the process I am trying to land a career kind of job during the day that will pay me for my education and experience. blah enough of that nonsense!!!! I have a few layouts today one I did for this weeks Two Pea's color combination challenge and the other because. I have been having my husband pic three photos or photo sets at a time to scrap. We sit down and talk about them and we are trying to reconnect. Only time can tell as it was an extremely rough weekend...(STOP it BRAN!!) ok back to the good stuff...

The Layouts! Thanks for Looking and Enjoy my friends!

New home for my Mini Albums!

Happy Tuesday Friends!

After all of the fantastic classes I have been taking and new projects I have been working, I have some mini books that needed a new home. I wanted something that would be exciting so that the box would not be forgotten. I needed a box. After clearing out some boxes from his mom's storage, my husband revealed a lattice looking black box and 3 board-games missing pieces. I pilfered them all and set about with my doilies and tapes from Freckled Fawn and put these pieces to use. I am very pleased with the outcome and there is room to grow in the box :).

Have a great day friends!
